I’ve always had a great deal of respect for Anschutz rifles, because they are without question one of the highest-quality smallbore rifles in existence. I’d confined my drooling to .22LR rifles, of the competition type.
Until now.
When I saw this Anschutz Model 153, in .222 Rem, I just had to feature this one as a GGP:
The inherent accuracy of the .222 Rem cartridge, the quality of the Anschutz, and that sweet little Zeiss 3-9x scope—that all spells "five shots, one hole" to me.
This whole setup costs $650, and is worth every penny. Arrr arrr arrr.
